Job Outline:

Hyper Care support for the five (5) days following the site deployment to facilitate quick response to user issues.


  • Hyper care will be available from 8 AM EST to 5PM PST.
  • Hyper care will consist of phonebased support.
  • Dispatch of resources will be available following client's BAU (Business as Usual) process and standard SLA's.
Knowledge and Skills

  • 57 years of work experience in IT environment and/or degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, math or business
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop platform and associated infrastructure
  • Thorough understanding of network and domain technologies including DHCP, DNS, Active Directory
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize multiple competing deliverables
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good interpersonal skills when interacting with clients and coworkers
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Influencing skills
  • Data driven decision making
  • Knowledge of financial services industry, and branch environment would be an asset

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Software deployment: 5 years (preferred)
- microsoft windows desktop: 5 years (preferred)

  • DNS: 3 years (preferred)
  • DHCP: 4 years (preferred)
Active Directory: 4 years (preferred)

  • IT support: 7 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • CompTIA Network+ (preferred)
  • CompTIA Security+ (preferred)
  • MCSA (preferred)
