Description

In collaboration with our Residential Department, the Custodian ensures the safety and wellbeing of the tenants of the building and to maintain the building to a high standard.

The Building Cleaner will work full time from 9AM-5PM on Monday - Fridays.
Please note this position requires travel between the buildings as assigned in Vancouver.

To be successful in this Custodian/ Janitor role:

Conditions of Employment as this will be in a residential setting: _
Satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Satisfactory Driving Record_
12 years of related experience in Housekeeping or Building Management
Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in another language an asset
An established track record of excellent customer service
Ability to independently travel to assigned sites and provide custodial services
Detail oriented with exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities
Ability to complete the above tasks which may include lifting, pushing or pulling up to 50lbs
