We are hiring

Must-Have:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or information technologies or 1year equivalent work experience.
Familiar with personal computers/printers/wireless connectivity devices.
Ability to work extended hours as required.
Ability to lift a 20 lbs. box from the floor to a tabletop surface.
Eligible to work in Canada.
No criminal record.

Nice to Have:

CompTIA A+ certifications.
Technical knowledge of hardware and Windows 7, Windows 10 operating systems.
Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards.
Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
Able to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and enduser procedures.
Possession and use of an owned car for travel between locations.
