Customer Service Representative:

Myers CARSTAR South - located at 30 Sunderland - is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our body shop.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling day-to-day interactions with customers and insurance partners both in person and over the phone, and for assisting in managing the administrative processes involved in the auto body repair process.

Have at least 35 years of customer service experience
Have experience working in a collision center
Thrive in fastpaced environments
Are able to work independently
Are highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
Are flexible
