    Responsibilities

    Full cycle recruiting including posting positions, sourcing, screening, interviews, and reference checks

    Conduct new-hire orientations, collect and validate all enrolment forms

    Conduct exit interviews

    Maintain electronic personnel files and records in a timely and confidential manner

    Conduct and analyze compensation market surveys

    Assist team members as needed

    Education & Experience

    Education in Human Resource Management preferred

    Experience within a related administrative environment would be an asset

    Technical Requirements

    Intermediate proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)

    Ability to learn and adapt to changing systems and new technology

    Dayforce knowledge an asset

    Non-technical Requirements

    Passion for helping others

    Ability to handle sensitive information and always maintain utmost confidentiality with tact, diplomacy and integrity

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Strong administrative skills with attention to detail

    Effective organizational and planning skills

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Ability to work independently and with other Associates in a team environment

    Ability to multi-task and prioritize

    Demonstrate a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness
