Description

The People and Culture Projects Manager will lead engagement improvement plans and support the People Team.

This role will collaborate with the People team and management by offering HR support and guidance on recruitment, employee/labour relations, performance management, conflict resolution and HR practices.

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting a broad range of projects from inception to execution.
