This position is integral to the success of the
Enterprise Automation team, and to CAAT's guiding mission and growth strategy.


Reporting to Manager, Enterprise Automation, you will provide primary business systems analysis support for the development and operation of CAAT's process automation framework.

You will work very closely with business stakeholders to provide automation solutions using modern tools and technologies, map operational processes, identify, and capture requirements and develop solutions in an Agile environment to ensure automated solutions accurately reflect business needs.

Act as a key point of contact for business SMEs in the Next Generation Optimization (NGO) initiative, optimizing processes, while ensuring business requirements are effectively addressed


We are looking for someone with:

  • A university degree or college diploma in computer science or related field.
  • Two (2) years of experience in Business Process Analysis, specifically business process engineering, workflows, optimization, and automation.
  • Excellent communication skills be able to explain the technical aspects to business teams and relevant stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and deal with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to go aboveandbeyond to deliver new ideas and initiatives and solve business and technical problems proactively.

Once here you will:


  • Work with business stakeholders to scope potential processes for automation.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand the productivity impact of the automation and calculate financial impact and return on investment.
  • Oversee current state process definitions, recommend process reengineering using business process automation, along with use case generation.
  • Actively participate in ideation sessions to generate and implement continuous process improvements.
  • Create and maintain solution documents and other supporting documentation such as technical designs, release notes, operational, and maintenance run books.
  • Create and maintain accurate and current technical documentation including but not limited to ARD (Automation Requirements Document), ASDD (Automation Solution Design Document).
