You Move Me is a moving franchise & we primarily do home to home moves but we also do office space & commercial space moves too You Move Me offers a premium moving service worldwide & we are now hiring a new dynamic, motivated & driven General Manager to join our Toronto, Ontario team. This position offers consistent growth, development & franchise expansion opportunities.

Duties:


  • Support and collaborate with all department
  • Follow through on all planning and forecast meetings
  • Create a vision and a path for crew members to advance personally and professionally
  • Oversee labor/payroll/hiring/training/retaining
  • Ensure the accuracy of balance sheets
  • Must track, monitor & exceed sales & revenue monthly & yearly targets
  • Be able to communicate effectively, work cohesively & positively with teammates & clients
  • Have the ability to lift/load and move items 4080 lbs

Qualifications:


  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Good organizational & time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Thoroughness & detailoriented a must
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must be a team player
  • 1 yr + of management experience
  • 1 yr + of sales experience
  • 1 yr + of CRM experience (EX: Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Oracle)
- _Previous work in moving / logistics / delivery not mandatory but an asset_
- _Second language not mandatory but an asset_

Pay:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
