Blonyx is a sports nutrition brand for people with athletic ambition in the Sea to Sky region. e provide performance products to CrossFit, endurance and adventure sport athletes across N.America and the UK.

Our mission is to help as many people as possible achieve their athletic ambition through an industry-leading sports nutrition experience.

We are currently searching for a Digital Marketing Manager to join us in our mission, who will help us build our reputation, customer base and partnership base in the sea to sky region.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Working closely with the Director of Marketing and the CEO, the role will have the following responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities

To increase life time value (LTV) and average order value (AOV)

Analyze the customer journey and find ways to improve it, enhancing customer experience so that they are more likely to buy again (increase LTV)
Create upsell and cross sell opportunities that are compelling to increase AOV

Nurture customer referrals

Work to sharpen our customer experience so that customers quickly become advocates
Create compelling ways to empower customers to refer others

Qualifications and experience

A degree in marketing, business or another digital/technical discipline (applicants without must demonstrate extensive applied experience in this field)
4+ years experience in a marketing role, ideally in consumer goods / B2C
A good understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing, especially multichannel or omnichannel
Excellent marketing tactical and strategic understanding through experience
A good understanding of project management
Experience reporting in to and selling in ideas to the senior team
A deeply analytical mindset
An excellent track record of campaign and project execution

HOW TO APPLY

Salary:
Between $55,000 - $75,000/year plus benefits - highly dependent on experience/what you bring to the table.

This role will require you to be in our North Vancouver office 1-2 days a week to spend time with the team in person.
