Parsons is looking for a talented
Payroll Administrator to join our team In this role you will get to assist with
processing labour & payroll for the Canadian business unit .
This is a hybrid role whereby you would be working in our Markham office 2 days per week and remote for 3 days.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Weekly labour posting
- Assisting with biweekly payroll processing
- Working with BU groups to process labour adjustments
- Prints Payroll audit reports and creates payroll audit package
- Serve as primary contact for time tracking system
- Prepares reports biweekly summarizing payroll tax payments and source deductions
- Communicate with assigned GBU finance staff regarding labour/payroll issues
What Desired Skills & Experience You'll Bring:
- Knowledge of Canada payroll requirements
- Knowledge of Canadian provincial labour/overtime laws
- 3+ years of experience in a payroll administrator role
- Proficient in excel
- Experience with WorkDay a strong asset
- Strong Interpersonal skills
