Parsons is looking for a talented
Payroll Administrator to join our team In this role you will get to assist with
processing labour & payroll for the Canadian business unit .

This is a hybrid role whereby you would be working in our Markham office 2 days per week and remote for 3 days.


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Weekly labour posting
  • Assisting with biweekly payroll processing
  • Working with BU groups to process labour adjustments
  • Prints Payroll audit reports and creates payroll audit package
  • Serve as primary contact for time tracking system
  • Prepares reports biweekly summarizing payroll tax payments and source deductions
  • Communicate with assigned GBU finance staff regarding labour/payroll issues

What Desired Skills & Experience You'll Bring:

  • Knowledge of Canada payroll requirements
  • Knowledge of Canadian provincial labour/overtime laws
  • 3+ years of experience in a payroll administrator role
  • Proficient in excel
  • Experience with WorkDay a strong asset
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
