Plusgrade Loyalty Solutions is hiring a Product Manager (Data) to help define, advocate for and realize our product data strategy.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Reporting to the Product Management Lead, here's how you'll make an impact:
- Roadmap Iteration and Communication: Prioritize and manage backlog intake. Provide clarity of priorities and capacity. Communicate progress in a concise manner.
- Cross-
Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with our loyalty and app partners as well as cross-functional teams internally to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap
- Change/
Risk Management:
Product management brings change and new risks, we need you to help us manage it From concept to launch, validation of value and beyond
- Agile Product Delivery Practices: Leverage agile scrum processes to iterate with engineering and provide business goals and stakeholder clarity such as data definitions or mappings
- Advocate and influence for datadriven growth: In a datafocused role, we have a unique position to inspire datadriven changes. Help raise awareness and opportunity to improve our UX with data, and our leverage of it for efficiency and loyalty member impact
YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:
- 3+ years of Product Management Experience (Writing product requirements, building roadmaps and prioritizing efforts based on multiple inputs)
- Ability to manage stakeholders from multiple domains; Partners (Loyalty Programs, Applications, Financial Institutions), Marketing, Finance and more
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience preparing easytoread and visually pleasing documentation, mockups, presentations and related product overviews. For both engineering and stakeholder audiences
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Data visualization/management experience
- An understanding of data challenges and how data can be valuable
- Curiosity to explore and find opportunities
- Experience with SQL is a strong asset
