Job description
We are looking for a
DZ license driver, with Manitou license who can start immediately in North York area. Applicants should be a highly organized, energetic individual and looking to work long term.

The Delivery Driver role has many diverse and interesting responsibilities, the primary ones are outlined below:
❖ Ensure correct loading of the vehicle, recording of delivery information, and providing unparalleled customer service.
❖ Operate and drive all vehicles, as required to meet our delivery schedule.
❖ Loading and unloading products in a safe manner.
❖ Follow the new Samsara routing system to ensure ETA to delivery sites are aligned.
❖ Take photographs, along with customer signatures for every delivery made.
❖ Perform periodic inspections before, during, and after delivery to ensure that load is properly fastened
down and is secure.
❖ Communicate with clients one hour prior to delivery to their site. Contact name and phone numbers
will be provided to you prior to departure. (5-6 calls a day)
❖ Provide feedback to supervision regarding customer problems, mechanical problems, or delivery
problems.
❖ Other duties as required.

What type of experience and skills do you have?
❖ 3+ years experience in a related position
❖ Valid DZ Driver's License
❖ 1+ years Manitou experience
❖ Certified Boom/Crane operator
❖ Demonstrated organizational skills with strong oral and written communication abilities
❖ Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking, use of timelines and time
management techniques
❖ Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
❖ Exceptionally high level of hand-eye coordination
❖ Strong aptitude and ability to provide unparalleled customer service
❖ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
❖ High level of personal integrity
❖ Must be able to work with little supervision and must be self-directed
❖ Clean Driver's abstract
❖ Successful completion of Criminal Background Check

What is considered an asset?
❖ Knowledge of workplace safety policies and procedures
❖ Knowledge of First Aid and CPR
❖ Ability to lift pounds
❖ Professional/mature demeanor under stressful situations

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$24.00-$27.00 per hour
