What can you expect in this role?

  • You'll identify design solutions and opportunities for enhancements and A/B testing, bringing them to your agile team and Product Owner
  • You'll write development stories in Jira, articulating design and accessibility requirements, and will work closely with developers as your enhancements are being developed, understanding technical requirements and limitations
  • You'll work in Sonnet's CMS, building landing pages in partnership with your content counterparts
  • You'll also support our Manager, Design on both design requests, and internal requests, as required

What do you bring to the role?

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in UI/UX Design
  • Exceptional ability to communicate design decisions to internal stakeholders and executives
  • Experience working in a CMS to build pages
  • You're flexible and thrive in an agile, startup, team environment
  • You're exceptionally organized (Asana experience is an asset), resourceful, fast, and have impeccable attention to detail
  • You're effective and calm when working under pressure
  • You're always open to learning and expanding
