What does it take to join our team?
A minimum of 2 years of experience in group insurance underwriting will set the foundation. Pair that with post-secondary education or equivalent experience and you're well on your way.

A sound understanding of pricing methods, comprehensive knowledge of group insurance products, and a proficiency in data compilation will set you apart.

What other competencies are we looking for?
It's not simply about technical skills - it's about creative problem-solving and effective communication.

Your ability to navigate Microsoft Excel and Word with ease, coupled with your knack for decision-making and teamwork, will make you an invaluable asset.

And completion of GBA/CEBS courses would catapult you to the top of our list.
