  • This position is within the Commercial Service Team (CST) which works in partnership with the unit to build and support internal and external relationships with a primary focus on Achieving Operational Excellence, Strengthening Relationships with Partners, and Supporting a Respectful and Rewarding Work Environment.

Job Description:


As a Commercial Document Officer and an active member of the Commercial Team, the incumbent must be able to maintain service and processing quality while working in a fast-paced environment.

You will be required to work in partnership with our Commercial Banking Centers.

You will be accountable to complete Annual Reviews, prepare Security Packages, Input Security and complete numerous reports, as such, strong PC skills are essential.


  • Accuracy is critical.
In this role strong oral and written communications skills, French and English, coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential

The incumbent will possess excellent organizational skills in order to efficiently and effectively support a number of serviced branches


Requirements:

Strong ability to promote enthusiasm and team spirit

Bilingualism:
French and English

Ability to multi-task and demonstrate effective problem resolution skills whilst working effectively with a team
Excellent time management skills
Knowledge of business products, processes and policies would be an asset
Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and environment
Experience in a Service Centre environment would be beneficial

Additional Information

Monday to Friday between 7h30-5h00: 37.5 hours/week. Flexibility is required depending on business needs. This is a Hybrid 3 days in office and 2 from home
