THE ROLE

Planned Giving

  • Assist with RE database clean up
  • Support the Philanthropy team with PG RE entry
  • Support SDO with PG Outreach
- lapsed donors


Hospital Engagement/Physician Giving

  • Assist with updating RE coding for THP staff including physicians
  • Support the Philanthropy team with RE entry

Corporate Policies

  • Assist the Foundation Executive Team in developing a corporate Policy Framework that governs how new policies are created, owned, reviewed, and revised.
  • As necessary, maintain and build upon the past audit of existing documented policies.

Content Management

  • Develop and maintain an inventory of cross Foundation-Hospital procedures as well as any associated agreements between individual stakeholders.
  • Engage with stakeholders and complete an audit into highpriority network drive locations to summarize content and information requirements and transition inscope documents to our new Content Repository system.
Other duties as assigned.


CANADA SUMMER JOBS PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:


  • Placement is full time only (35 hours per week) for a maximum of 12 weeks
  • Placement must occur between April 25, 2023 and September 2, 202
  • Applicants are aged 1530 years
