, you will be a professional ambassador of our first impressions with our customers. The Concierge will always maintain a positive attitude and do their part to maintain a healthy team atmosphere. At the same time, ensuring that customers begin their ownership experience with full knowledge of their vehicle's operation.

Your responsibilities
-
Provide our Lincoln family with a premium experience by ensuring their needs are personally crafted, warm and effortlessly met by providing concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, that allows them to leave the dealership with a positive impression.

Maintain a professional image with solid interpersonal and communication skills as you quickly adapt to changing circumstances and maintain a sense of urgency to ensure efficient service delivery within a fast-paced environment.

Support the sales department during new car delivery when necessary to ensure a quick and efficient delivery experience. Help with putting a car in the delivery bay, bow, keys etc., as needed.

Attention to detail is vital in this role, as you will handle customer vehicles. We expect our Concierge to uphold high standards of cleanliness and care for both the vehicles and the customers' belongings.

Provide Off-Site vehicle presentation to new car sales customers when appropriate.

Assist with general showroom maintenance and lot maintenance when the porter is unavailable.

Work with the team to meet the needs of our clients, including personal greetings, access to loaner vehicles, lounge amenities, showroom appearance, appointment scheduling, and surprise-and-delight interactions.

You have a clean and insurable driving record as we value safety above all else.

Familiarity with the Winnipeg area and its surrounding regions is highly advantageous. Knowledge of various neighborhoods, traffic patterns, and alternate routes will enable you to navigate efficiently and provide a seamless service experience for our customers.
