Reporting to Senior Manager, Audiology and working within the Operations Team, your role will be to support the Senior Manager and Director of Audiology in the enhancement of client interactions and experiences throughout the HearingLife journey.

You will assist in the coordination and administration of training programs for clinical staff and other aspects of our operations that impact client interactions and their overall experience with HearingLife.

You will assist in the maintenance & administration of these resources to ensure that they are used frequently and effectively.

You will also be involved in providing administrative support on any pilot projects or clinical reviews to ensure our clinical standards are relevant and current and are being delivered adequately at the clinic level.

  • Administration
  • Support in the maintenance and administration of clinical best practices and professional training materials.
  • Organize and provide administrative support for all webinars, training resources and audiology conferences to create accessibility for multiple audiences and events

Drive Business:

  • Maintain and update clinic protocols as professional developments arise in the audiology field in collaboration with the Senior Manager.
  • Administer Audiological and Test Pilot Programs that support Client Experience Initiatives

Operational/Functional:
- _ Administrative Support in Content Creation_

  • Support the creation and organization of training content for clinical staff webinars and Fuse content in collaboration with the Senior Manager.
  • Develop and update clinical SOPs (standard operating procedures) in collaboration with the Senior Manager and Operations team.
  • Assist in crafting clinical best practices and professional training materials for all aspects of the client journey, including ATRT pillars, products and clinical equipment.
- _ Maintenance of Clinical Protocols_

  • Assist in the upload of content relevant to clinical protocols into the FUSE platform in collaboration with the Senior Manager and Training Manager.
  • Assist in the management of the Internal Certification process and provide resources in collaboration with the Manager, Learning and Development for the Onboarding programs for new hires.
- _ Administration of Programs (CFBH & HAP Mentorship Program)_

  • Validate and ensure the accuracy of the information in the central database report and manage any discrepancies with the appropriate departments.
  • Provide administrative support for the HAP Mentorship program.
- _ Audiological Advisory Role_

  • Act as a liaison between the field clinic team and the Senior Manager for all activities and feedback about clinic operations.
  • Create and initiate feedback mechanisms, such as surveys, to collect and interpret any field feedback.
  • Audit clinic files to assess accuracy and adherence to clinical standards and procedures.
  • Experience in a Hearing Healthcare setting with demonstration of alignment with the HearingLife Way operating standards.
- _ Proficient communication:_ Clear articulation of key concepts to all levels of the organization.
- _ Software proficiency:_ Skill in using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and adaptability to new software interfaces.

  • Role is primarily remote, however travel to CSG will be required from time to time.
