### Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled labourer to join our team. You will be responsible for jobsite prep work.

This will involve general labor duties as well as operating a mini excavator or mini skid steer, driving and installing helical piles into the ground to provide structural support for various construction projects.

This is a physically demanding role that requires expertise in operating heavy machinery and working in challenging environments.

## Duties:

Operate pile driving equipment to drive and install helical piles into the ground
Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate pile placement
Inspect and maintain pile driving equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
Coordinate with other construction workers to ensure proper alignment and positioning of piles
Assist in the preparation of work sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment
Perform routine maintenance tasks on piles, such as repairing or replacing damaged sections

## Qualifications:

Proven experience as an equipment operator or similar role in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for pile restoration or repair
Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and working in various weather conditions
