Graduate Programs in Education (GPE) has over 1000 graduate students registered in seven (7) specializations. GPE is proud of the high-quality graduate programs delivered in both online and on campus formats.

Its programs are characterized by a strong learner focus, flexibility, technological innovation, and responsiveness to community desire for accreditation, certification, lifelong learning, and rigorous scholarship.


Position Requirements:


Educational Research:

Educational Research consists of Educational Studies in Adult Learning, Curriculum and Learning, Language and Literacy, Leadership, and the Learning Sciences.


  • A completed doctorate in education or a related area
  • Evidence of successful teaching and leadership experience in school, university, or workplace settings
  • Demonstrated experience in online/distance education
  • Capacity to work effectively in a collaborative culture
  • Knowledge and understanding of the graduate programs and specializations in Educational Research will also be considered as assets for the sessional teaching positions
