Job Description:


The TDS Product Delivery team within TDS Change Delivery in the OCOO serves as a centralized function for managing the intake, assessment, prioritization, planning and implementation processes surrounding the onboarding of new products across all TD Securities trading business lines.

A streamlined and efficient stakeholder engagement framework is used to ensure that all relevant considerations (requirements, impacts, constraints, cross-dependencies, strategic direction) are factored into prioritization decisions and in deciding on the implementation approach.


  • The TDS Product Delivery team partners closely with stakeholder groups from across the organization including (but not limited to) Front Office, Trading Business Management, Operations, Compliance, Technology, Quantitative Analytics, Business Design Integration, Capital Markets Risk Management, Market Risk Control, and Model Validation in support of launching new products offerings for the dealer.
  • Manage endtoend delivery across all impacted business and technology groups in support of new product launches through employing a streamlined change delivery model that maximizes efficiency, effectiveness and scalability.
  • Provide ongoing leadership throughout the various stages of the new product delivery cycle from intake, discovery, prioritization, planning, implementation, to product launch.
  • Provide guidance/expertise in alleviating roadblocks throughout all stages of delivery.
  • Formulate recommendations regarding delivery approach after consultation with key stakeholder groups on estimated effort, resource availability, crossprogram dependencies and other implementation constraints.
  • Structure detailed implementation plans and hold stakeholders accountable for progress against established scope and timelines.
  • Maintain uptodate view on other change initiatives that may influence delivery of new product scope.
  • Anticipate delivery risks/issues and mitigate accordingly, ensure timely resolution of impediments, escalate as required.
  • Provide effective challenge to existing processes and work effort estimates provided by impacted stakeholder groups.
May entail opportunities to rotate onto other initiatives within TDS Change Delivery as business priorities and demands arise.


Requirements:


  • Indepth familiarity with one or more of the following functional areas: Operations, technology, risk management, quantitative analytics, or business management.
  • Familiarity with a variety of financial product types/asset classes acquired through previous tenure in a capital markets role.
  • Established rapport with a wide range of senior stakeholders throughout the bank.
  • Prior experience in organizational change management/delivery and project leadership highly desired.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), including ability to formulate concise and impactful methods of communication.
  • Ability to progress on multiple priorities concurrently while navigating unfamiliar territory and ambiguous/evolving circumstances.
  • Aptitude for amalgamating and interpreting large volumes of information, identifying key clarifications required, and formulating next steps to proceed.
  • Willingness to learn onthefly and evolve the stakeholder engagement model.
  • Excellent organizational skills (ability to employ systematic approach for identifying and tracking dependencies, ensuring proper resolution of outstanding items, and structuring meetings/discussions).
