We are looking for an experienced

Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our team of professionals

What you will be doing:


  • Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Generate accurate quotations, sales orders, and returns that align with organizational sales targets.
  • Work closely with Outside Sales to provide excellent customer service, prevent potential issues, and monitor ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate the project execution with project management
  • Handle project change orders
  • Perform site survey or evaluation to refine the estimates

What we need from you:


  • Electrical, Automation and VFD product knowledge
  • Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Office & the ability to learn new software programs
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Project coordination experience
  • Ability to be inclusive, collaborative, and respectful
  • Electrical/Electronic Technician/Technologist, or equivalent work experience. Eligible for membership in ASTTBC.
  • Industrial electrical systems design/installations knowledge.
  • 3+ years of business experience, 3+ years of experience in strategic marketing and automation solutions sales.
