The HR Information and Systems Representative will play a pivotal role in managing our HR information systems (HRIS) and leveraging data to support strategic decision-making across the HR function.

This role requires exceptional Excel skills, a strong data mindset, and the ability to produce accurate reports under tight deadlines.

You will be instrumental in optimizing our HRIS and ensuring the integrity and accessibility of HR data.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and optimize HR information systems (ADP, Cornerstone) to ensure they meet the needs of the organization.
  • Serve as a system administrator for the full employee lifecycle (new employees, internal changes, terminations...).
  • Manage/update local and Global Organizational charts.
  • Generate/update weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Update Common Area Screens (People Team Updates) on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain complex data models for HR metrics, including but not limited to turnover, recruitment effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and compensation analysis.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR data across multiple platforms and systems.
  • Generate timely and accurate reports for HR and management teams to support strategic planning and decisionmaking.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, macros) to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT departments to improve HRIS functionalities and user experience.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Provide training and support to HR team members on HRIS utilization and data analysis techniques.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in HR technology and data management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in HR systems and data analysis, with a strong focus on HRIS management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and a datadriven mindset, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices considered an asset.
