We are a Great Place to Work and Better Business Bureau accredited company, and are seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.

As part of the Operations team, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks described below:


Job Duties:


  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide general support to visitors at the reception desk
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and updated as necessary
  • Assist in the preparation of sales documents, presentations, and reports
  • Carry out administrative duties such as data entry, filing, processing, translating, and scanning documents, etc.
  • Support communication with advisors and issuers, ensuring all information is accurate and uptodate
  • Order office supplies and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Support in organizing company events and activities, ensuring all arrangements are made in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements and Skills:


  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Secretary will be a plus
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
