Role description
Reporting to the Manager of Personal Lines, the Account Manager partners with internal stakeholders and brokers, to provide industry leading support to our personal lines clients, by providing personalized advice
What you'll do:
- Support a book of customers through service and advice on personal lines insurance products tailored to their unique needs
- Support Insurance companies by responding to their inquires
- Provide exceptional customerservice to both inperson and phone customers
- Review policies and ensure they were written accurately
- Work within regulatory and internal guidelines in respect to Insurance sales
- Provide fullcycle Insurance support including, writing new business, remarkets, customer support, quotes, payment processing, and cancellations
- Be active in the Insurance community, and be aware of any changes or trends
- Work in a team environment, providing support to other team members
- Represent Ives Insurance at brokerage, community and insurance company functions
Who you are:
- You have a valid RIBO license, or are working at obtaining one
- You have strong communication skills
- A problem solver, who loves a good challenge
- An organizing master, who is great with time management
- Passionate about supporting customers
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with high level of accuracy
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and BMS

Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
