What you will be doing:
As a Demand Generation Manager at Creyos, you will:

  • Devise, research, execute, and optimize growth-oriented, ROI-focused digital marketing strategies, including but not limited to SEM (SEO and paid search), paid social, and other potential paid digital marketing channels
  • Develop, manage, and evolve our SEO strategy, roadmap, and vision to meaningfully grow our audience
  • Source, design and execute innovative growth experiments using agile methodologies
  • Drive success across all existing core digital channels by managing budgets and bids and maximizing search performance, web traffic, and conversions
  • Analyze and report on all digital marketing metrics—including SEO performance, web traffic, ad performance, leads, conversions, and more—and proactively identify trends and opportunities from our marketing data
  • Partner closely with content marketing team members to develop and refine SEO content strategy for both new and existing content
  • Support the redesign of—and ongoing updates to—our company website

The skills and experience we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience using SEO tools, A/B testing tools, Google Ads (text, display, video), social media ads (LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit), CRMs (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot) in a B2B environment.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing tools and concepts, such as Google Analytics/GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, attribution modeling, conversion tracking, conversion rate optimization, and even the use of AI in digital marketing.
  • Deep and proven SEO expertise (onpage, offpage, linkbuilding, etc.), including the technical ability to execute SEO tactics independently.
  • A knack for creating, launching, and continuously optimizing effective PPC campaigns; properly setting up conversion tracking, testing strategies to bring down the cost and maximize conversions, and using modeling to determine PPC effectiveness.
  • A growth mindset, with a strong focus on the outcomes, not the inputs. You use data to determine success and failure—and you use failures as fuel for the next experiment. You're always on the hunt for creative ways of finding customers in the nooks and crannies where they dwell.
  • Thinking in systems, not tactics in isolation. You care about the endtoend user experience, from ad impression to form fill and beyond, in an effort to create an optimized path that effortlessly drives users into our sales funnel.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • HTML and coding experience is an asset
  • Postsecondary education in marketing, Google Ads certification, HubSpot certifications, and/or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Previous experience or keen interest in healthcare or science, including, but not limited to, postsecondary education
