What will you do


As a pivotal role in the Technology & Data organization, reporting to the Smart Operations Global Platforms Lead, this role will be responsible for setting the vision and strategic objectives for the Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) product line.

This role will have a deep understanding of manufacturing across our supply chain, own value delivery end-to-end and value realization for CMMS products, working closely as a strategic partner with technology and business leadership teams.

As a leader, this role will develop a culture of value delivery and continuous improvement while ensuring a connected and cohesive global strategy across our CMMS products.


As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and expert IT leader in manufacturing operations and digital CMMS products this role will empower our Supply Chain partners and technology leaders through the delivery of products and platforms that create differentiated digital capabilities and maximize performance, quality, compliance, and transparency of our manufacturing maintenance and engineering operations.


As a driver of change and innovation, this role will have the unique opportunity to help shape CMMS investments with technology and business leaders, enable digital transformation of our calibration and maintenance systems, and drive continuous introduction of digital CMMS products and platforms as a true partner with the business, strengthening our supply chain.


This role will work at the intersection of business vision & strategy, human-centered design, and technical execution to deploy and manage the global CMMS system, delivering business support, continuous improvement and learning.


This role will also be responsible for supporting large-scale, high-visibility global technology initiatives across the NA, LATAM, EMEA, and ASPAC regions and drive outcomes that matter in our local markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define vision, goals, and objective for our Global CMMS Products and Platforms, coshaping strategic demand with the business and aligning business and technology strategies to technology delivery
  • Work together as a strategic partner with business teams and drive engagement with third party partners to deploy digital technology products and drive continuous improvements of manufacturing and technology operations through CMMS
  • Lead continuous improvement across the CMMS product lifecycle
  • Work across Smart Operations and Supply Chain technology product squads and the business to define and deliver innovative solutions, ensuring a coordinated and cohesive strategy
  • Maximize return on investment from CMMS by ensuring product teams "build the right thing" to drive business value in alignment with stakeholder expectations
  • Lead and manage release planning, inform the product backlog, and resolve dependencies and resource collisions
  • Collaborate with leaders across Supply Chain technology and the business to ensure successful launch and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle
  • Define and track metrics to measure value generation from CMMS products including enduser KPIs, product performance, team health, and product maturity
  • Drive the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) on behalf of the CMMS product group
  • Work closely with the portfolio manager and the business to continually plan resources and manage financials for Supply Chain technology within the regions

Qualifications:


What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • 57 years' experience as a business/technology owner in IT Supply Chain, Manufacturing or related field with responsibility for P&L and key performance indicators of the organization
  • Ability to be hands on with CMMS solutions configuration and development of modern CMMS platforms.
  • Proven Experience and deep understanding of modern process and data integration ecosystems with ERPs, MES and SCADA/automation systems.
  • Deep experience in a regulated manufacturing environment within pharma and/or consumer product industr
