Photo Centre Associate, you will report to the
Photo Cent
re
Lead and as a team, you are responsible for providing outstanding service to all customers. In your daily activities, you will display operational excellence, support the OSL brand and always add value to our client.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Meeting and or exceeding all key business objectives including sales, customer experience and operational targets.
- Monitor Self-Serve Kiosks, ensuring they are operating well, clean and assisting customers with their orders
- Seek customers input regarding their purchases, looking to optimise the projects they are creating get creative
- Taking care to prepare all custom or online orders for customer pick up, ensuring they meet standards of product excellence be thorough and neat.
- Learning and executing all operational guidelines to ensure compliance with all standards.
- Perform maintenance tasks on printing equipment to ensure customer projects are delivered with pride.
- Operate the key cutting machine for customers and support the operations of this program.
- Support any additional customer service offerings as needed.
- Participate in team meetings, weekly coaching sessions with leadership to continuously develop.
- Maintain merchandising standards, knowing the visual standards for the photo centre, and keeping the area clean, safe and organized.
- Can lift or move 3050 LBS and can stand for extensive periods of time
