Description

Our client, Access Machinery, a Metal Sheet Machinery Dealership in Vaughan Ontario, is looking for an onsite bookkeeper. This is a fast paced and growing company.

The position is made up of the following work types:

60% General Bookkeeping
10% Sales invoicing for machinery
30% Quoting

Bookkeeping includes:

Processing payroll using Wagepoint
Processing of WSIB
Reconcile banks (Canadian and US), and credit card monthly
Collect accounts receivable done in conjunction with invoicing staff
Monitor all tax accounts and filing remittances

Quoting

Prepare machinery quotations using company ERP system (Odoo) training will be provided

Requirements:

You must have QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience and must have minimum 3 years hands on Canadian bookkeeping experience
Know how to process multicurrency transactions
Be able to deal with both customer and vendor deposits
Experience with scheduling, budgeting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Having experience with Dext, PayEdge, and Wagepoint an asset
Strategic planning and business development skills
Detailoriented, flexible, a great communicator, creative, and optimistic
Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
Having an accounting designation or post secondary education is a must
Onsite position working 8am to 5pm
