We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic individual with a passion for working with mature adults to lead our Delmanor Elgin Mills Community.
What you will do:
- Attract, retain, coach, and support Delmanor Elgin Mills employees: plan, organize, and implement regular feedback meetings
- Utilize our online reward & recognition program to celebrate achievements and ensure maximum participation in our online employee engagement platform
- Manage the budget: you are responsible for marketing and outreach programs to meet occupancy goals and revenue targets, as well as controlling expenses
- Provide a healthy and safe environment for Residents: evaluate nursing care activities, ensure the culinary services plan provides creative and healthy food and meets public health requirements, and provide meaningful, appropriate recreational activities
- Develop relationships with Residents' families, the Support Office Team, other Delmanor communities, as well as industry stakeholders and partners
What you bring:
- 5 years' related management experience
- A diploma or degree from an accredited postsecondary institution, with a preference for studies in Business, Hospitality, Nursing, Social Work or Gerontology
- Topnotch communication skills
- Experience with financial management and salary administration
- Proven leadership and problemsolving skills
