Keystone is a multi-faceted private group of corporations that are involved in real estate, manufacturing and distribution. Keystone dates to 1919 and ownership has been closely held since that time.
Position Summary
Primary Responsibilities:
- Daytoday management of the President's office, ensuring mail, phone calls, appointments and materials are appropriately and expeditiously handled
- Manage the President's calendars and contacts, including organizing and scheduling meetings, coordinating related logistics, receiving and directing visitors, and organizing events
- Perform a range of clerical duties such as taking notes, preparing documents, reports and presentations, following up on requests, assembling relevant background documentation and information for internal and external meetings, etc.
- Liaise and maintain effective communication with both internal departments and external professionals, including interacting with some customers
- Travel planning, organization and logistics coordination. Reconcile travel and business expenses and prepare expense reports. Organize, track and maintain relevant budget accounts
- Conduct research and writing synopsis on given topics, as needed
- At the discretion of President, provides a range of assistance to team members to support the organization, including training and information dissemination, presentation preparation, research and writing
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Postsecondary education in Office Administration, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 5 years experience working in an Executive Assistant position
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Positive and professional; someone who works well in a collaborative environment
- Must demonstrate excellent judgment and have a discerning sensitivity towards confidential matters
- Ability to interface with all levels of management, employees and customers
- Experience in managing a complex, fluid schedule
- Exceptionally organized; A strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be flexible with work hours; ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
Salary:
$45,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
