Responsibilities:


This individual's responsibilities include:


  • Monitor calls to resolve common data, digital and embedded solution questions
  • Manage equipment transfers and warranty
  • Assist with subscription and licensing of product
  • Assist the training department with course preparation
  • Use of Operations Center and connected apps to manage customer data
  • Analyze call and ticket data, document accurately

Requirements:


This would be an ideal position if you have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including travel
  • A valid Class 5 Drivers License
  • Ability to read, write, and speak effectively with customers/employees
  • 2+ years experience in agriculturerelated role
  • Intelligence Solutions (Precision Ag) experience preferred
  • Have experience analyzing and interpreting data and reports
  • Ability to manage a fastpaced environment
  • Grade 12, or equivalent, associate degree preferred
