We're searching for a qualified and resourceful Human Resources Coordinator to support our People & Culture department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

The HR Coordinator will have both administrative and HR operational responsibilities, and will help with important functions such as staffing, training and development, compensation, and benefits administration.

Core Responsibilities:


  • Administering benefit plans.
  • Supporting payroll processing.
  • Coordinating the JHSC in partnership with the Director of People and Culture.
  • Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Supporting employee onboarding.
  • Helping to organize training & development initiatives for staff.
  • Providing support to employees in various HRrelated topics such as leaves and policies.
  • Helping to promoting HR programs and initiatives.
  • Undertaking HR administrative tasks.
  • Special Projects as assigned by the Director of People & Culture and Executives.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:


  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field.
  • 2+ Proven experience as an HR coordinator.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • HRIS systems experience (e.g. Dayforce) required.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Aptitude in problemsolving.
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
  • CHRP or SHRM-CP designation an asset.

Additional Requirements:


  • Must pass a education/employment verification check.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
