The OpportunityWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized part-time Office Administrator to join our team. This role is key to the smooth operation of our office environment. This role covers office management, administrative support, reception duties, compliance and record keeping, and assisting with special projects.
This is a part-time position, offering approximately 20-25 hours per week, with potential for increased hours based on business needs.

What You'll Do- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as required.
- Provide administrative support to various departments including Sales & Marketing, R&D, Human Resources, Finance, and Operations.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications as directed.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, greeting them in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records and files.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Conduct research and compile data as required.
- Postsecondary education.
- Previous experience in an office administration or receptionist role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Experience working in a fastpaced changing environment.
- Outgoing, friendly, and positive attitude.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Selfmotivated and results oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Professional demeanor with a customer serviceoriented approach.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to adjust focus.
