Position Summary:

We are looking for a Client Service Associate with polished interpersonal skills to join our growing Client Service Team.

Do you have a strong client service mindset and continually seek to find creative solutions to address client needs?

Do you have a strong administrative background and in-depth knowledge of the administrative requirements of the financial industry, including the exacting needs of high-net worth clients and financial advisors?

As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our high-net-worth clients.

In this role, you are a member of a collaborative and client-focused team requiring exceptional communication and problem-solving skills in order to provide a high level of administrative service to our clients.

Using a combination of your in-depth product and industry knowledge and excellent relationship management skills you are able to deliver exemplary service to our advisors and clients.

This role will be a hybrid work environment based in Toronto.


As a Client Service Associate, your key accountabilities will involve:

  • Collaborating with the Advisory Team to provide administrative expertise and deliver a high level of personalized client service.
  • Work directly with clients to complete necessary documentation to meet regulatory requirements ensuring all client accounts are compliant.
  • Execute on client requests for nonfinancial changes, managing the process from start to finish.
  • Liaising with custodians and insurance carriers to execute on client requests in a timely manner; proactively escalating where necessary to ensure strict adherence to SLAs.
  • Maintaining client data and performing data integrity checks for quality control.
  • Provide back up support to other team members as necessary.
  • Actively engage in ongoing learning and development to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

As a Client Service Associate, your experience and qualifications will include:

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of client facing experience within the financial services industry, with exposure to both front and back office.
  • An undergraduate degree or a related financial services designation is an asset.
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and Word and experience with a CRM database.
  • Superior customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accurate.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • A selfstarter with the ability to take initiative and think critically to seek out information and solutions independently.
  • Experience working independently, as well as in partnership with other team members.
  • The ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced, entrepreneurial environment requiring strong organization, time management and prioritization skills with the confidence to adapt to change as necessary.
  • You must be legally eligible to work in Canada with a minimum of a valid work permit.
