  • Our team builds value and relationships through forming custom approaches for our client's individual needs and in executing on those approaches through experience, proactivity and a conscious recognition of the importance of the services we are engaged for._
  • Filing and organization of paperwork
  • Processing payments
  • Assisting senior and office staff with day to day operations
  • Handling inbound/outbound calls
  • Initiate communication with customers to resolve pastdue collection balances.
  • Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:


  • Proficiency in all Microsoft programs (Word & Excel
- previous experience in collections preferred

  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Excellent oral, written, and communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership and resolve conflict
  • Strong phone manner with the ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a highvolume, fastpaced environment
  • IT Literacy

Salary:
$23.00-$28.00 per hour
