Compugen is seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant for a part time role working 20 hours per week. This would be for a six month contract working Hybrid.

Responsibilities:

Our client has adopted Prosci as its change management model.

Consultants will need to be familiar and trained on the updated 3-Phase methodology introduced in 2021 and the Proxima online platform.


  • Consultants will be working within a complex transformational environment with multiple projects, cultural changes, dependencies and potentially conflicting timelines
  • Consultants will need to collaborate with multiple project and operational leaders and teams
  • Consultants will be working as part of the corporate Centre for Change Enablement team. The CCE has developed a 3year maturity strategy and tactical plan. The consultant's deliverables on each project will be contributing to the overall success of CCE's maturity.
  • Work within a corporate portfolio to support multiple project teams and changes, with percentages of work assigned to each project.
  • Follow the updated Prosci 3Phase change management process to drive outputs and deliverables, including use of Prosci PCT, Risk, and Impact Assessments, Core Plans, Roadmap, and other Prosci tools, along with other nonProsci tools endorsed by client
  • Document and track all endtoend change projects using the Prosci online Proxima platform
  • Establish success metrics for each project and regularly report on progress and results to hiring manager and project teams.
  • Assess change support needs, develop a change strategy, core plans and roadmap, and execute on change activities and interventions as required.
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve risk with sponsors, business owners and project teams.
  • Measure and report on readiness, adoption and use. Depending on project, this may include the incorporation of training data, model office metrics etc.
  • Develop and track ADKAR milestones and integrate them to project milestones
  • Work closely and communicate frequently with business owners, sponsors and project leads to establish, track and report on change deliverables, milestones and timelines
  • Serve as an ambassador for the corporate Centre for Change Enablement (CCE) by reinforcing change management concepts as endorsed by the CCE to assist with maturing change capabilities across the corporation
  • Meet with specific stakeholder groups to conduct PCT, change impact, risk and readiness assessments and other tools endorsed by client
  • Partner with project resources such as corporate communications, HR and documentation team to support project outcomes
  • Discern and execute prioritized change activities that will maximize adoption and sustainment of the changes within each project
  • Provide timely deliverables and demonstrate effective communication throughout project timeline
  • Review any inflight change and project deliverables and artifacts that already exist to leverage for next phases
  • Provide summaries or change closeouts as requested
  • Provide accurate reporting (e.g., monthly reports, project tracking, time tracking, etc.)
  • Liaise with client groups to ensure the delivery does not negatively impact various groups

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years experience leading dedicated change management initiatives in a structured project setting, ideally including a mix of waterfall, hybrid and lean environments
  • Experience with a mix of technical/IT and also cultural/HR/reorganization focused changes
  • Experience prioritizing change activities within a portfolio of assignment to provide maximum impacts while working in a constrained resource environment
  • Experience creating stakeholder analyses and change plans that are scaled to the level of risk and peopledependent benefits
  • Experience creating communication plans and artifacts in tune with the organization's culture and across multiple channels
  • Experience with conducting and socializing change impact assessments and training needs assessments
