About the work environment:

Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home.

Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start & end times.


About you:

You are experienced in sales, preferably with knowledge in issuing, acquiring and/or money movement services.

You are a self starter with fantastic communication and organizational skills, who thrives on client interactions and seeks out the opportunity to build strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders.

You love new challenges and have exceptional problem-solving skills that help you to provide world class customer interactions.

You're experienced in payments, fintech and/or banking, and you are excited to take the next step in your career with an entrepreneurial and agile organization.


About you / qualifications:


  • 3+ years experience in an issuing/acquiring/payments in a Business Development or account management role.
  • Ability to establish and cultivate relationships, credibility, and trust with individuals at all levels internally and externally.
  • Resultsdriven mentality, displaying a sense of urgency and actively pursuing solutions and opportunities.
  • Problemsolving skills and ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM.

About the day-to-day:


  • Understand and communicate suite of issuing and digital enablement services to clients.
  • Able to liaise with internal teams to deliver solutions to prospective clients.
  • Assessing opportunities for financial viability.
  • Influence sales direction and input into product roadmap using market knowledge.
  • Facilitate and lead pipeline meetings with relevant stakeholders.
  • Effective management of all phases of sales lifecycle.
