Description
Job DutiesResponsible for service order creation and entry of service orders
Responsible for the quality control of all service orders
Confirm accuracy between system information and received paperwork
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and provide follow up as required
Create and track purchase orders for the division as well as identify issues of purchase orders
Tracking and submittal of customer load sheets
Handle phone enquires and assist customers and vendors when needed
Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Business administration diploma, certificate or equivalent experience
Minimum of - 2 years of accounting/administrative experience
Knowledge of industrial operations
Detail orientation for working with numbers and accuracy information
Confidence in ability to work in a constant changing work environment
