Description

Ensure the quality and freshness of seafood

Ensure the highest standard of seafood presentation display

Maintain a sufficient inventory level and follow FIFO rotation method

Prepare a variety of seafood for selection

Maintain work station clean and sanitized

Assist customer to purchase seafood and provide complimentary cutting/cleaning for customer.

Greet customer in a friendly manner to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Experiences in previous grocery environment would consider an asset

Experiences in seafood environment would consider an asset

Able to work shifts

Able to work in weekends and holidays

Able to communicate in both
English and
Chinese would consider an asset

主要工作職責:

- 管理庫存及檢視產品的品質, 適當應用'先進先出'原則, 保持商品陳列的豐滿度和美觀
- 處理回收到期之包裝品, 並控制損耗
- 預備各種產品, 包括但不限於: 捕撈, 開膛, 刮鱗,切割, 沖洗,包裝各類水產商品, 並貼上銷售標籤後放置展示櫃上
- 歡迎顧客, 提供良好顧客服務; 面帶笑容, 親切熱誠
- 協助及推薦顧客選購各種水產類商品
- 負責工作場地清潔, 沖洗魚缸, 並妥善維護工具
- 保證存儲區, 展示櫃和冷庫清潔整齊
- 熟悉部門產品之陳列位置, 並了解部門內各種推廣及促銷活動內容
- 其他上級委派的任務

工作態度要求:

- 做事認真, 負責, 可靠
- 具備團隊合作精神, 能和同事和睦相處, 互相配合和幫助
- 工作態度積極, 正面, 主動, 具自發性
- 出勤紀錄良好, 遵守公司規章制度

職位要求:

- 能適應輪班工作安排, 包括白班, 晚班, 週末及節假日
- 能夠安全地操作水產類切割器具及使用相關器材
- 能長時間站立工作, 處理各類水產商品 (鮮活及冷凍), 並需要經常搬動重物 (40磅及以上)
- 能長時間在潮濕及低溫(0-4 °C)及冰凍(-18°C)環境中工作
- 對處理海鮮類食品不會過敏
- 良好溝通能力, 能以中(國語/粵語), 英文溝通為佳
- 了解基本的工作安全知識
- 有相關海鮮類商品處理工作經驗為佳
