You will be leading the delivery of our Workday and connected HR technology to empower our Team Members with an engaging user experience.

Working with the Talent and Development (HR) organization and other departments, the HRIS Manager will ensure our Workday tenant remains a clear, useful and sustainable HRIS solution.


Core Accountabilities:


  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of two HRIS Analysts, facilitating their growth and development.
  • Own the customerfacing elements of the HCM, Compensation, Absence & Time-Off, and Benefits configuration for all Team Members (Salaried and Hourly, Union and Non-Union).
  • Embed HRIS requirements into the HR strategic planning process; ensure optimal Workday configuration considers effective and efficient business processes and data integrity, accurate security.
  • Represent the 'HR Technology' pointofview, support and foster collaborative relationship with the business when considering downstream impacts of decisions made in Workday.
  • Proactively recommend solutions to solve business needs, lead the customerfacing system enhancement process by:
  • Working with T&D stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Researching potential solutions and presenting options
  • Configuration, testing and deployment, training and change management for enhancements
  • Support enhancements for the Payroll module as well as various integrations.
  • Provide 'tier 2' troubleshooting with useridentified issues.
  • Administration of both rolebased and userbased Security.
  • Participation in the change governance process in conjunction with IT and Payroll.

About you:


  • You are a natural problem solver, great team player, have strong attention to detail and enjoy a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Five years of experience in Workday HCM, Compensation, Absence and Benefits (Workday Pro certification a definite plus)
  • Have ability to teach configuration activities, EIB loads, and advanced troubleshooting
  • A strong bias for action and comfort with change we move quickly and aren't afraid to change our approach if a better path is available
  • Effective at consensus building, always doing what is right for the business. Adhere to our mindset of no politics
  • Leadership experience in managing, developing and mentoring direct reports
  • The understanding that your work directly influences the pay and benefits experience for our entire team
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables
