Responsibilities:


  • Conduct onsite repairs and maintenance for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical work
  • Painting
  • General maintenance
  • Assess and troubleshoot issues to determine the best course of action for repairs.
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in a variety of handyman tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance.
  • Owns a set of tools and has access to a reliable vehicle for transportation.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
$25.00-$47.35 per hour
