Sales Coordinator

REPORTS TO:
VP, Sales and Support

LOCATION:
Sudbury, Ontario

We are actively recruiting for a Sales Coordinator role in our Sales and Support department.

Collaborate with senior sales staff to create and maintain sales reports and KPI's
Maintain organized sales records and report monthend goal setting to the senior management team
Establish active communication and engage with sales and customer service team to ensure prompt processing of orders
Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by managing customer communications promptly
Develop an understanding o the products and services we offer
Arrange for the creation and distribution of supporting documents and presentations to help the sales team in generating business leads
Comfortable working as a team, supporting the process and goals of the sales department
Ability to adhere to a schedule, and gather updates and produce reports on behalf of the sales team
Excellent knowledge of customer service and sales standards
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software considered an asset
Ability to multitask, prioritize, organize, meet deadlines, be dependable, and stay flexible
Experience with analytics and online advertising
Must be able to travel to other MacLean Facilities and customer locations as needed; must posses a valid drivers license, and clean drivers abstract
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft windows, Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables
