E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT (On Site)

JOB DESCRIPTION
is a division of Leon's Furniture Limited and is an online-only retailer of home furnishings, electronics and appliances. We are currently looking for a talented, tech savvy individual to join our growing team in this critical role.
Reporting into Marketing, this role will help facilitate all online consumer interaction as well as generate brand interest through social media.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing incoming orders, daily paperwork, and monthly reports.
- Maintaining accurate, timely and daily updates to all customer orders, delays, refunds, returns etc.
- Following up on orders with delivery warehouses, internal buying teams, manufacturers, and customers.
- Following up on abandoned orders, delayed orders, service issues, etc.
- Maintaining Social Media posts
Qualifications:
- A background in retail and/or online customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Strong computer skills including expert understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Accurate, detail oriented and organized.
- Ability to manage time in fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Ability to work effectively and creatively within a team environment as well as independently.
