(Frontier) is a rapidly growing provider of US and Canadian Customs Services, Trade Consulting, Supply Chain Logistics, including parcel and courier delivery.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will assist and support our Executive Management team. Your role will vary, interacting with our Marketing, Sales, and Human Resources departments. You will be directly exposed to aspects of Logistics, Courier, and Supply Chain Management.


Responsibilities:


  • Complete daily administrative tasks & reporting
  • Complete various assigned tasks from our Executive Management team
  • Maintain corporate merchandise, clothing, and promotional materials
  • Assist in website design including employee training website
  • Social media administration (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Support internal and external communication strategies
  • Assist with projects such as online training and other corporate social activities
  • Generate and develop educational materials
  • Learn & understand our services to enhance how they can be offered to clients.

Requirements:


  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Commitment to completing tasks
  • Strong organization and followup skills
  • Above average computer skills in MS suite, with focus on Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently
  • Previous marketing experience an asset
  • Previous website design an asset
  • Previous experience working within the transportation/courier industry an asset
  • Postsecondary degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing or Business/Commerce preferred.
