RESPONSIBILITIES:

Initiate credit/debits for returned goods, price discrepancies, taxes, etc.
Assist with customer orders and inquiries
Expedite orders and collect on past due accounts to provide prompt release of orders when necessary
Initiate consignment paperwork for sales staff
Work closely with Sales Representatives
Communicate with Supervisor when customer issues arise in order to ensure customer satisfaction
Additional office duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Three years of inside sales, customer service or related work experience is an asset
Strong communication skills in both English and French
Education in office administration is an asset but not required
Some metals experience is preferred but not required
Some webbased ERP system experience is an asset
Able to communicate effectively
Able to work independently
Good organizational and problemsolving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
