File Maintenance Clerk for our

Food Store in Beausejour


Who we are:

-
What you'll do:Reporting to the Food Store Manager, the File Maintenance Clerk is responsible for delivering world
- class customer service; ensuring the overall accuracy and maintenance of the store price file; and the implementation of various ad programs (including pricing and point of sale advertising materials).


You will:


  • Be a lesion and public relations representative for the Coop within the communities we serve.
  • Deliver worldclass customer service that is fast, friendly, and efficient.
  • Be an expert on operations of all back office computer programs (ISS45, ePlum and)
in order to maintain an accurate price file to ensure scanning accuracy.

  • Ensure price tags and signage placed throughout the store are consistent with item prices as recorded within the store computer.
  • Investigate and correct all price discrepancies.
  • Coordinate weekly ad changes and provide leadership to other staff in this area.
  • Work with all departments daily and process requests for price changes.
  • Process sales and adjust markdowns. Record sales and markdowns to maintain margins.
  • Other duties as required.

Schedule

  • Full Time Position. 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday.
6:00am start time.
