Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Increase revenues for the business and identify opportunities for growth
- Identify and develop relationships with new customers
- Maintain existing customer relationships to ensure ongoing and repeat business
- Provide market intelligence and feedback on industry trends
- Support operations team in coordinating jobs requests and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Negotiate satisfactory resolutions to client invoicing inquiries
- Prepare business proposals or quotations for customer projects
- Work with other SECURE business lines to identify cross selling opportunities
- Possess the technical knowledge to diagnose and troubleshoot solids control equipment
- Ability to provide technical support to clients
- Promote SECURE's safety culture
Qualifications/Competencies:
The individual in this role will have:
- Solids Control, Surface Rentals, Drilling Fluid, Drilling experience
- Sales & Operations experience
- Excellent selling, communication and strong customer relationship building skills
- Possess an understanding of the principles, methods, and strategies used for promoting and selling services
- Solid work ethic, selfstarter, able to work with very little supervision, and team oriented
- Must be an effective communicator and possess strong people, presentation, and technical writing skills
- A strong commitment to safety and understanding of behaviorbased safety culture
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required
