Summary:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator's primary responsibility is to support marketing team operations and omni-channel campaign executions.

Acting as the primary touchpoint for internal stakeholder inquiries and requests, you will assist in the development of campaign tactics and other customer-facing events and activations.

You will assist with the deployment and facilitation of retail marketing event strategies by providing support to a team of retail marketing event coordinators in store locations throughout Canada.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate marketing activities including maintenance of marketing calendars and communications to internal stakeholders;
Provide support to Retail Marketing Event Coordinators for consistent execution of instore events, sponsorships and tradeshow activations;
Assist in the creation of reports, analyses, and presentations for marketing programs;
Develop and facilitate national and regional sponsorships and promotions including partnerships with conservation and other endemic organizations through the Cabela's Canada Outdoor Fund;
Manage the marketing mailbox and become the primary touchpoint for marketing inquiries. Coordinate production requirements and administration of marketing programs and tactics;
Maintain an archive of past promotions and campaigns.

Qualifications:

years' experience along with post-secondary education in Marketing or Business Administration

Adapts to change in a fastpaced
Detail oriented and organized
Ability to prioritize work and manage time well
Excellent interpersonal skills
