- Sunrise Team Member
- Foster meaningful relationships with a specific group of seniors and their families by offering support with daily activities, tending to individual care needs, and understanding their unique preferences and personalities
- Report any changes in condition to management and propose necessary adjustments in the level of care and service
- Aid residents in developing life skills and engaging in enriching activities based on their personal profiles
- Incorporate a variety of sensory experiences into the residents' daily routines
- Contribute to creating Individualized Service Plans (ISP) alongside monthly updates
- Supervise the assigned residents during your shift, keeping track of their whereabouts and checking on them regularly
- Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, promote Risk Management initiatives and policies, and uphold safety standards
- Attend to the dining needs of residents and guests while upholding Sunrise's hospitality and service standards
- Encourage and assist residents in life skills and other enriching activities as noted in the ISP and demographic profile
- Dedicated to serving residents and guests in accordance with our Principles of Services
- Strong dedication and enthusiasm for serving seniors with outstanding customer service skills
- Positive mindset, adaptability to perform various tasks to support residents, and ability to work effectively within a team
- High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required based on state regulations
- Certifications may be mandatory in certain states
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Previous experience in working with seniors is preferred
- Ability to make sound choices, decisions, and act in the best interest of the residents
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication for effective interaction and comprehension
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exhibit good judgment, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills
